Responsibilities and Duties :-
• Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; candidate selection; exit interviews; recommends changes.
• Planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work and maintains records.
• Processes company's payroll every pay period.
• Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
• Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes.
• Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
• Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.
• Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles.
• Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
• Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
• Honours confidentiality of employees' pay records.
• Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
• Maintaining continuity among Head office, Factory, department, and national work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Purchasing printed materials, equipments, stationery and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
• All other HR & Admin related matters from time to time.
Qualifications :-
• An MBA degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in HR management.
• Experience in assessment, monitoring and evaluation, training and facilitation of staff
• Good contextual knowledge of local issues, organizational relationships, social and cultural constraints and realities, and environmental conditions
• Knowledge of Central and state laws relating to employment
• Should have guidance skills and a strong potential for negotiation
• Eliminating the risk and damage of employment litigation
• Streamlining people and paper systems to achieve operational efficiency
